i know people that spend 500pounds + on roids and look like they`ve never trained one day in their life!why?first of all,they only have one-two meals a day(when we have 6 to 8 meals a day),second they don`t train right and have no intensity in their training and cannot take the physical pain we bodybuilders go through when we train,than they don`t rest enough and drink alchool!
people that hate bodybuilders,it`s just envy,insecurity and they feel threathened but secretely these people would love to have 'The Body' but cannot give up their beer and junk food and can`t be asked to lift any heavy weights and have no motivation and dedication!So DON`T HATE!
