I know that the US high school and college re-unions are a big deal. I was wondering if any girls who are enroute to transitioning - or who have actually crossed that rubicon - have actually gone to any such re-unions in their new personas.

Also generally if you have accidentally met or even chosen to meet people who knew you before you crossed-over and what the event was like?

It would surely take a lot of balls (excuse the ludicrous and totally innapropriate use of this phrase) to do this.

My 15yr HS reunion is coming up in a two yrs & I am scared shitless about what the responce will be

You are totaly right except in one thing, and that is that Theo was nothing more than a simple local provocator who enjoyed that. In my opinion, a fat loser seeking the trouble. he finally found it and there is nothing more to say about it.

And regarding the Europe, well, that "continent" is well known for it's christian intolerance against different people. The inquisition, Holocaust, and in modern time - serbian genocide, geert wilders etc all sings for themselves..

As for Theo van Gogh- it's a good thing to question the islam's influence on our society. But trying to achieve more tolerance by p*ssing people off isn't the right way IMO. If he'd been truly intelligent he'd have done this differently and he'd still be alive. If you consider someone primitive, lowering yourself to his level is not going to do any good.

And I wholeheartedly agree re: Christian (in)tolerance in Europe. Time to re-read the bible.
