You are very true with what you say. But there are a few 'ifs and buts'.

Firstly, this is a porn forum, it's just a fantasy. For a lot of people they just come here to see a bit of porn, read something funny, some cheap entertainment and jerk off, probably the majority of readers. Afterall this is what the porn industry is about.

So, naturally if girls (ts or genetic born women) are in the porn industry, they are putting themselves in material to be viewed by the audience. So of course the audience is going to judge them.

The same with hollywood actors/actresses. The audience will judge, this is human nature.

The most important thing to do, is what most the professional ts sex workers will do, dont get wrapped up in any of the silly things that faceless people say, it's just a job. It's a bit of porn, a bit of nude/fetish modelling and maybe some escorting. That's it.

With female lap dancers, fetish models or escorts, they dont care less what people say about them. Why should it be any different with ts? Criticism is going to come from lots of different places when you put yourself in the media, whether it is nude modelling, pornography, soap opera acting, game show hostess, chat show, news reader etc.

People judge by looks, this is the way it is sadly, when you are in the media then you are going to be judged. Be strong and have thick skin, the more successful you become, the more you will be judged and the more nasty things people will say about you as well.

Secondly i know that the porn industry and prostition sadly plays a very large role in the ts community, but you can see examples of ts who can deal with it and others who can not deal with it. Some ts see it as them becomming a star, someone famous, an aspiration (until they grow up) and others see it as a way of making money, a business they can capitalise from, make their money, save their money and invest in businesses and property and then leave at the right time. Be savvy, be the latter of the two examples, the first is a naive fooled little boy desperate to become a 'transexual pornstar', the majority of fans are just people who dont care about the models at all and just use the images to jerk off to. Or as many on here, to use services of prostitution.

Be savvy and be thick skinned. You are correct saying that it is not right, that people should have more respect, but sadly it is like this in every single industry where someone puts themselves 'out there' in one way or another to be judged.

This has got to be the 3rd or 4th biggest lie right after the check is in the mail and I promise I won't cum in your mouth (and the lie is not just amongst transgendered women). It is somewhere between a self fulfilling rationale or a misplaced justification not to do anything else. I personally have met and know transsexual women who are hairdressers, Sprint telephone salespeople, barristas at Starbucks, secretaries, restaurant hostesses, lawyers and even a one physician. I'm sure that there are also many, many other careers and positions that transsexual women have chosen rather than "this life", whatever that means.

If one chooses the porn industry (or acting for that matter) as a profession, one willingly subjects themselves to the vox populi and all of the downside comments that go along with it (as well as the upside). After all, you're putting yourself on display for what you are not who you are and not everyone shares the same tastes.

I find Michelle to be very compassionite and her posts reflect that.
Problem is that most people on here only see the ladies here as sexual objects and some posts by the ladies don't help either.
