Why isn't there a theme park for adults centered around sex? That's a billion dollar idea right there! Think about it, you could have a "stripper center", an "adult toy town" a "peep show village", and an "orgy land", plus much, much more all within one huge area! The idea practically sells itself!

I'm still of the opinion that it's a bit unrealistic to set up a sex theme park without watching that shit go seriously awry shortly afterward.
It's pretty safe to assume we would all be chill vacationing to a spot like that, but we're all *somewhat* chill people.
Employment would have to be on a "at your own risk" basis. It wouldn't be long before some freak sneaks in with a knife and plays "stabby-stab-stab" with one of the other guests or employees. I don't mean to pick the idea apart, but it just doesn't seem feasible without some dead-pan serious money.

If someone could legitimately pull this off, and not half-ass it, I guarantee it would be a money maker. Think about it, an adult Disneyland. Make it upscale, but still dirty, legit, but still underground-ish, and you could really have something.
