They should be charged with a Hate Crime.
What's equally disturbing is the person filming the brutal assault can be heard laughing at about the 1:50 mark.

Everyone working that paticular shift should be fired. The employee who filmed the attack and the manager should both be brought up on charges as well.

According to the Baltimore Sun, police have charged a 14-year-old girl as a juvenile, and charges are pending for her 18-year-old accomplice.
