They could, but then Half the world would shut down. Nobody would be at the coffee shop making your drinks. I work for the government and can tell you for sure that half those people would be gone. Nobody would be serving your fast food and forget about going to a sit down restaurant or a movie, I don't think they hire sober people. Lets not forget about all the banks and financial institutions run by functional alcoholics that are only awake because of the cocaine they are using. Strippers....... nope. How about your IT guys.....nope. How about all those doctors and nurses that constantly abuse prescription meds or the cops that people just think are clean. Sports are fucked too. factory workers.....sorry Willie and PHX need you to piss in this cup. No sir it wont be tested because most of those people got fired too.
