Not only HIV, all kind of STDs, a bug chaser likes collecting STDs, like souveniers from every sexual encounter. And I didn't know the term "gift giver" existed but I got it right away when I saw the title. Sick and disgusting.

I remember that being covered in an abnormal psych class back in the college daze. One classification of bug chasers we talked about consisted of people who were so fearful of contracting HIV that they actually started to seek it out just so the fear would go away.
