    For those of you who are hardcore about your collection of TG anime, and you hate pixelation then this program might be what you are after. I have had a play with it today and it doesn't seem to deal with heavy pixelation too well. I will continue experimenting with it and see if I can get a good result. Below is my attempt at using it today.

    It can be used as an standalone program or as a plugin for Photoshop.

    Anyone know of any other programs?
