For me, pedophilia has meant coerced sex with sexually immature children. These images are of sexually mature people have consensual sex. I don't know that much about schools in Japan but don't the kids wear these uniforms right up until they're 18? Why can't we choose to believe these people are 18 (or 16 in the UK)?
