Hormones

Hi Girls,

I would have posted this in the girl section but since I do not have acces yet, I will try here.
I am a non op/pre-op TS, on hormones for 1,5 year now. I am looking for a second opinion because my current doctor made some faults when treating me, so I dont trust him anymore and he said he does not believe in hormone balance.
And I do.
So I was wondering, what hormones do you use? What works for you as a non op/pre op?

Isnt that the whole point of seeying a doctor? taking a blood sample to see the values in order to give the right dosage of hormones. In other words keeping a balance?

Im not on hormones yet, but it does sound kinda odd. (i hope to be in max 6 months time)

You know it is odd. Its a doctor of a gender clinic. But he will not help me to get a hormone balance that is as close to a female as possible... he wont prescribe progesterone under no circumstances, and my T levels are undetectable which is wrong. So yes I am changing doctors. But that is not so very easy because a lot of them just say they dont have experience with TS, and therefor wont help me. I will find one in the end.

Only your blood examinations can tell a doctor about hormone types and safe dosages.

Hormones in excess can cause LIVER CANCER or CIRRHOSES.

You might know that.

My question is aimed at hormone balance...
Estrogen, testosterone, progesterone...

that is my daily intake and seems to be working very well for me ... albit my erects are way flaky these days but i dont mind to much ..bit of viagra can sort out the erection front better .

Ok maybe a dumb question but..... How long is the average transitioning girl on hormones and do some girls stay on low doses forever.
