In 2010 Bobby, from Manipur, has won Indian Super Queen, the country's first beauty pageant for transgender models. She beat 17 other competitors in the competition, which was judged by Bollywood superstar Zeenat Aman.

For what I understand things are changing there. Hijras, who until recent times did what they could (very rough castration at an age, after puberty started), now are doing HRT and just living their lives, like most other girls, so they're not coming off as masculine as they used to. It's probably best to find photos of those girls vs the old school path. That first girl is gorgeous! Any more??
