Careful with PA, I've been living here 7 months now and have done research on both Philly and PITT to do a proper tour and its not a true upscale escort scene for either city, and the police LOVE to do stings. They are sting happy! Just google it... I actually decided to quit the escort industry and start a porn company because there was no way I was going to get caught up in all that garbage. Heroin and meth are also rampant among the "escorts" in PITT. I know because when I visited PITT to do research on whether it was upscale worthy or not, I visited a provider there who lived in a heroin house and smoked meth. It was a nightmare to say the least! Now I only see a few regular clients exclusively and at an inflated rate.
