How do you get capped videos removed?

A friend of mine was capped on cam4 and posted on one of those tube sites.
She has contacted them numerous time with no results. Obviously she is not worried about being seen. It's the fact that it was in essence stolen. There must be something she can do. I left a comment on the video indicating it was capped and posted without permission, amazingly enough it was removed.
Any ideas?

i always wondered how they got all those annoying camera popups. Thats the reason i avoid the tubes!

She can send an official DMCA notification of copyright infringement. (Google "DMCA" for a blank form) - the tube site WILL have an email address or contact for DMCA notifications.
If it's not removed within 48hrs, she can then send the same notification to the host/server of the tube site complaining that she made a DMCA complaint which was ignored.

Most DMCA notifications are complied with if filed properly.
