I actually would think it be really cool for a guy who is famous and in a relationship to say "yes, it is true that my girlfriend is transgender but I care for her and she is my girl so respect that!" It may lead the way for more acceptance between transwomen/man relationships.

...yes, but in reality I would assume that the girl in a relationship at that level probably wouldn't want to be outed as a TS (like most TS ...don't)...and it's not like a celebrity is going to say: I love my transgender...escort / mistress...who I see whenever the mood strikes....lol.

Spreading rumors and gossip is typically not what i'm into but....I have pretty strong sources who have allegedally confirmed Charlie Sheen, Eddie Murphy & Steve Carell...
