what's the problem with the newbies? i joined several years ago but before that i lurked like for at least a year, reading almost every thread, and by the time i joined i knew my ABC's of the TS/TG world pretty thoroughly. I've seen noob posts that are wiser than your average "veteran" posts.

Give noobs a break. We're not here to compete against each other but to share.
