Signing Up for the gym

So after a couple of years of not playing sports I decided to start going to the Gym and get back into shape. Does anybody else find it annoying how when you go in to sign up they grab an attractive girl to walk you through the gym? Seriously I'm already here, do you really think shes necessary? sheesh!

Seriously, do people really sign up just because a cute person walked them through?

its subliminal marketing, most people are stupid enough to fall for it.

what really pisses me off is the PT's trying to sell me personal training sessions, when i'm in better shape than all of them and sure as hell dont need their help

it winds me up because at the aba boxing gym i train at i have an elite conditioning coach that would cost regular people hundreds of dollars an hour, and then when i go to the leisure gym i get bothered by these people who stick you on a treadmill for an hour and ask for 50 quid

Well not really complaining about her being really cute and walking me through, just annoyed with the marketing
