Wendy, I'm just curious, maybe you can answer this for me. With all the free internet porn available these days, how do adult entertainers, such as yourself, get paid for doing movies? Do you get a flat fee? Its too bad there isn't a way to get risidual income every time somebody watches one of your movies, like commerical actors.

I own my Production Company so I receive 70% of all wholesale sales of the dvd via my Distribution Company. With that being said I also pay for all the production (post and pre)......

However when I work for another company and they release the scene on DVD I receive a flat fee for my work that day!

You have been doing this for a long time, right? Have you noticed a drastic difference in dvd sales now that much of it is available on the net for free? I know personally, I used to go into the adult book stores and buy vids, but since i've found sites that show these vids, I haven't been buying dvds since.
Just wondering how/if this has affected you?

Well shame on you Chris because everytime you illegally download a scene you are taking money from Producers who paid money for it.

Anyhow yes starting in 2006 it has hurt my income as much as making 3x less than I did in 2006 till now. This year has picked up a little however I released something like 6 DvD's in 2006 and only 1 last year.....So yes it does hurt especially for Independant Companies like mine.
