First, you don't need a "top" website designer for any adult site. NONE of the the Adult "programs" do - it would be a waste of money. Adult websites are simple. In general they are extremely formulaic and even the "innovative" one's aren't complex enough for you to need a "top" website designer.

But even before that - what is the purpose of the site? A Paysite which you want to make the largest profit possible? A vanity site? An escort site? For now I will assume a Payiste: if so, MUCH more important than a website designer is where you will get your traffic from. You can have a GREAT site with a GREAT design and it still won't make money if you aren't updating it very regularly with good content and feeding it plenty of traffic to generate new members. So before spending ANY money on a site, PLEASE plan your strategy on the BUSINESS end. Depending on what your choice is, you probably won't have to hire a website designer at all: if you hook up with an established company to partner with, they will be able to take care of all of that for you and should be able to not only get it done more cheaply through their pre-existing relationships with designers, but will probably have a large amount of input into how the site is designed to optimize revenue based on their history of what sells with their traffic.

You may want to talk to any number of the women on here who already have solo sites and pick their brains on what worked and didn't work for them: some partnered up with Programs like SMC revenue )and some were happy and some were not), others totally manage their own everything - but it's a HUGE learning curve and a more than full time job.
