Ftm operation cost more than mtf. Removal of breast tissue (if they are large ones) is a much more complicated than putting a couple gel/saline implants in.

Creating a fully functional penis is impossible with current surgical technology.. so there are a few "best approximation" alternatives that are much more complicated and require more operations than creating a vagina + sensate clitoris does, so the cost is higher. Many ftm don't do the "bottom surgery" because of this.

However, I don't think there is an alternative to FFS (which is what cost the most for mtf's), as in "facial masculinization" surgery procedures. A few maybe puts in implants in chin, and liposuction on checks, perhaps.

On why ftm's don't escort I have to agree with what others said; no market. Women don't need to pay for casual sex. Gay men are usually incredibly dick fixated (yes, there are of course exceptions!).
