A lot of girls are retiring...What is driving them away from the business?

The least the owners could do is have some sort of revenue sharing plan. They could agree to set aside a certain percentage of the revenue to disperse to the performers as royalties for their films each month based on usage. So for example, if they had 100,000 scenes downloaded in a month, and out of those scenes 1,000 were for a certain performer, then that person would get 1% of the shared revenue for that month. So as long as their stuff is being downloaded, they would still get paid for it.

Amberskyi, this isn't any of my business but I'll put it out there...you are naturally beautiful, you are passable and can easily go "stealth" in public. Why not go out and get a decent job with full benefits + salary? Again, not any of my business but you did state that you are not escorting in your home state and I've also read recent threads of yours in which you mention how cheap guys are in DC or in other areas...Think about it.

a lot of them give up or get sick of being taken advantage of by companies who are always trying to low ball us and put us against each other.

Everything I've ever heard is that companies tend to take pretty good care of the girls for the job that is performed. They pay a fair wage and promote them well if they sell, which is how the market works.

The girl who has something negative to say in public about the companies is pretty uncommon, about as frequent as a disgruntled ex-employee in any industry.

Don't do it. With your intelligence and looks, you have the capability to be a totally normal woman living a normal, successful life. That sort of opportunity is not available to everyone, so take advantage of it and get out.
