in my opinion Miley is much smarter, and being second generation celebrity should do better thanBieb in her career I'd say, she's already evolved once, with great results, although it seems a measured rebellion, so I certainly can't see her 'doing a Britney.'

Bieber on the other hand seems dumb as rocks with the crap he comes out with, most notably the Anne Frank comment. He also seems very immature and over confident. A bad combination. I can definitely see him out doing Britney in the melt-down stakes.
