    It gets worse. The proposition also calls for registration of the offender's email addresses, online user names, etc.

    Seriously, ladies and gentlemen of California, be careful. If there was ever a time to develop a "preferred provider" relationship, it might be now.

    Prop 35 passed with over 80% of the vote. Some believe it won't be so broadly implemented, but it should be apparent that the goal was not just to end human trafficking and underage porn.
