To me post-op = girl, pre-op = tgirl (physically), so I answered the poll question as relating to pre-op only, and I'm top only so would seek compatibility.

Post op just because it seems most pre-op transgendered women are not comfortable with using what they have and having sex with someone who doesn't want to have their stuff touched or used in anyway is majorly lame and pretty much contradictory to what sex is.
