The Retarded Guy On Eastbound And Down Sure Is Funny!
Just got into this show recently. Kenny Powers(Danny McBride) is hilarious but the retarded guy(Steve Little) almost steals the show. I can't think of any funny gag specifically because I was way too high when watching but, trust me, this guy is great.
Any other fans of Eastbound And Down?
