Well gender re-assignment is a bit more than just having implants. Facial feminisation surgery, hormonones, councilling. It all takes time and money.

Well I'm guessing from your description she hadn't had SRS, and may be on her way to it.

It's ok not to want to sponsor, just appreciate that there are some girls out there that feel they need the money to be the person they are and they aren't going to be too proud to ask.
