    Was there any backlash to Samuel L. Jackson being cast as Nick Fury or Michael Clarke Duncan as the Kingpin ?

    In Earth-616 continuity he is a white man , however the "Ultimate" universe or Earth-1610 Nick Fury appearance is based on Samuel L. Jackson.
