Personally I don't give a fuck if I'm considered a "chaser"...just be happy you're being chased in the first place...

I'm not getting chased. I've been called a chaser in the past; by Dupree, no less, but that was because I just so happened to disagree with her. Nichole is and always has been full of a lot of hot air, but I see situations where dudes are just trying to be friendly and end up getting tagged.

I'm not saying "Quit picking on all of us!", but understanding that the TS community is really tight-knit, once somebody has the chaser badge they get stuck out in the dog house because all the other ladies get all weary about them too.

If it's going to be used as an insult, use a different insult. Some of these dudes really aren't asking to be blacklisted and don't deserve that kind of treatment for disagreeing or being misunderstood.

Yeah, but what happens around here when a dude slips and drops the word 'shemale'? I think there's a bit of a double-standard. Like, we need to watch the way we speak about the women, but in turn; they're allowed to disrespect in any regard and in many situations they're actually praised for it.

Besides, dude... you've never been anything but polite and respectful (with few exceptions) on HA. While at times it seems to border on meekness, and some of your shit is pretty corny, you don't really deserve the name calling. Are you a chaser? I don't know. Should a guy be blacklisted for showing a little interest every now and then? A simple "no thanks" would suffice as reply; not a slander campaign.

Okay, so we have a pretty solid definition of a 'classic' chaser here. I just don't see how it applies well to dudes in a computer forum on the internets. lol. Alright, so; guys who stand around, acting all awkward at trans fashion shows because they're too damn scared to casually talk, all while hoping to meet the mute transwoman of their dreams and play lick-a-dick when they get back to his wife's house. That's a chaser. What are we? Well, I'm definitely not a chaser. I've been around since 2005 and I haven't seen many dudes around here who fit that description.

That and, I just don't see the point in using the insult online with dudes who aren't clients and live too far away to ever warrant bumping into you. More so when you consider there's an ignore function on the forum. If a guy PM's you and the message comes across all creepy, and his posts really don't do much for the forum, ignore his ass. It's easy.

There will either come a time where he says something completely ridiculous which ends up ostracizing him from the community, or he might just continue beating guts with some of the dumbest chicks he can until he either reaches a plateau and gives up or upgrades. Seriously, the guy plays his game like a round of Donkey Kong. Hey Daryl, Vanessa is a chick with a bit more talent for discourse than you. I wanted to add that I'm not saying every dude around here needs to be treated with more respect. I can see this from the opposite side, too. There are dudes who sign up for the forums just to drop the girls a PM that read something like:

...chances are it's easier to ignore the guy or group him in with the other whack jobs because he might just be rooting around for donationless services.
