Well that's true enough, but this is what it is. I don't know why anybody would want to be famous these days.

First question that comes to mind is: Why is anyone giving credence to Gawker? I see this scenario over & over, where some bozo with a blog repeats a rumor (too stupid to make something up themselves) & it just starts memetically working it's way up the media chain until somebody finally decides to actually take a look.

Second thing that caught my attention in the Mirror story was that the timelines don't work. Either they oopsed or just printed the story without looking. Whatever. But if they can't do simple arithmetic, why should I believe they can accurately report a story.
