Prior to SRS my orgasms changed considerably. I no longer ejaculated, and I could have multiple orgasms. Post-op it's very similar. I have three different types of O's. Yeah, they're very strong. The first time I had one post-op I felt very ashamed and kind of gross. I like that my orgasms now, don't tend to make a big mess like they used to. So, when I woke up squirting, it just made me feel like I had somehow taken a major step backwards in my transition.
