"Karel" means "карел" or "чухонец" ? Anyway, - nobody is interested about your origins according to your passport. AFAIK, there is a good Soviet proverb about it that "people are beaten not because of theirs passports but because of theirs faces". Here is the same thing. "Russia originated" in your passport does not mean "the Russian" as nationality.

Anyway, looks like you really had problems in school. Because you should not write “Россияне” or ”Русские” , but “россияне” and ”русские”. This is an evident error of grammar, common for ex-socialist countries of Europe but not known in Russia itself.
