I don't know if I should step into this argument, but the pictures I have seen on this thread show people having a good time. I didn't see anyone being chased with a pitchfork. I realize all cultures and countries have some people who have problems with people who aren't considered mainstream, but surely international cities in Russia such as Moscow have a greater tolerance for all people than what you are trying to imply.

The expression "Разгон гей-парада в Москве" means "The dispersal of gay-parade in Moscow". No other comments. You have many same situations during 2006 - 2010 in Russia. Simply check the search Internet-ressources. And you know well that we don't examine here the situation with terrorists attacks and the acts of common violence all across the world but the exact country called the Russia with traditional negative and agressive attitude of the residents for not-traditional people. And this means only that you should not continue to lie here to the people about theirs possibilities with photoshoped SM-girls in Russia. The photoshoped photos are good to view, but the reality in Russia is not so well photoshoped to deny it. Who will be responsible for possible accidents with the foreigners in Russia ? For possible cases of rob(b)ery, violence, etc. ? For example, if somebody decides to cross-cut them the faces with knife (this is the common practice) ? You ? No. You are out of any responsibility. As well as you have just manifested here the full ignorance of the things well-known to any Russian school-boy. That can mean only one that you simply pretend to be the "sex-promoter" from Russia without good knowledge of this country. As the Russians say it "You are the same level expert into this field as the pig is a good expert in tropical fruits / oranges".

I have to say that this is a fascinating video, and disturbing. If this sentiment is as widespread in Russia as you're implying, you have to really admire the girls in these pics for being who they are in the face of such intense hatred.

Yes, it's widespread in Russia. And all these "sex-promoters" with photoshoped photos know it well. But they pretend that if it does not exist. Their objective is to attract as many foreigners with not-traditional orientation to Russia to simply ... rob them. Because they know well that the reaction of the public administration and the police to these foreigners will be negative and nobody will help them in difficult situation in unknown country. Even the Embassy. And no responsibility - no fear of criminal punishment. Say different, - these "sex-promotions" are one of many ways of international criminal business manifestations in Russia and in CIS. And you should never forget about it then you plan to visit, say, the Moscow with objectives of sex-tourism.
