Horus Heresy Spoiler alert!

The Horus Heresy is exceptional. So many good books, and so many points that change what you think about the Heresy. How about the Alpha Legion deciding to follow Chaos to try and save humanity in the long run? Or Magnus destroying the Emperors plans to beat chaos on accident? So many great moments. Just picked up Nemesis, but havent had a chance to read it yet.

Liberty, have you read Titanicus yet? I enjoyed it.

I'd say my two favorite Characters are Captain Ventris from the Ultramarines, and Commissar Gaunt. It's kind of funny, as I never really liked the Ultramarines. I thought they were just too generic. But I love the Ultramarines novels.

I'm also a huge fan of any of the books that Deal with the Inquisition. Eisenhorn, Ravenor, and Inquisitor omnibus's are a must!

yeah the inquistion is great .... i also love reading about the sisters of silence ,, i want to know what happened to them after the heresy as there is no real mention of them ? i think they merged into the inquistion ...

Have you read Hades Hive Armeggedon with commisar yarrick ... its insane story ..

Not read Titanicus yet I will pick that up .

yeah i feel sorry for Magnus, I also feel sorry for Horus as he wasnt fully corrupted by Chaos as he still had good in him unlike Abbadon The Despoiler ... I think personally Horus knew the Emperor would obliterate him and thats partly to do with why he lowered his shields ..

So many cool stories in the Black Library books ,, i hope they like my synopsis on Ahriman the Chaos MArine Sorcerer of the Thousand Sons ...If they like it then i will be given 3months in which to write a 10,000word short story on his character and events he is bad ass ...

I read Nemesis, it was good, but not one of the better books in the series I thought, but that's personal preference.

Ill pick up that Armageddon book next. Its been on my list.

I agree that Horus most likely let the Emperor kill him. I think there was a shred of his humanity left.

My favorite chaos character has got to be Kharne the Betrayer. With Khorne being my favorite chaos god, then his favored son would have to be my favorite as well.

I just read Way of the Warrior, I thought it was interesting insight in Eldar culture, but personally not my fav.


As for me. I would love a story of Grandfather Nurgle, and Typhus the traveller

yeah i want to goto a convention next year in a bad ass Sisters of silence full armour suit or sisters of battle

i think i will do comic con next year for sure ...i already have some designs from years ago i did with my dad for heavy bolters and some powerarmour .. sure we could tweak it about for female battle armour

Ahh Nurgle is bad ass ...rumored at times to be more powerful than even Khorne though i think its quite cool now with the awakening of the C-tan ,, and you gotta love the tyranids
