The SEC has charged Larry Wilcox, along with several other people, with paying kickbacks to corrupt money managers or stockbrokers as part of a penny-stock scheme.

In each instance, the Defendants attempted to conceal the kickback by entering into a consulting agreement with a phony company the trustee purportedly created to receive the kickback. Unbeknownst to the Defendants, the company was a fiction the FBI created for this sting.

You would think he would have guessed they were being framed, given his background in law enforcement. That's gotta sting.

The charges against him are not criminal charges and thus not imprisonable charges. He can't go to jail if found guilty.

Just because he could read a script and produce some symolance of a police officer, does not mean he has a background in law enforcement. I thought the show, "CHiPs" was almost as bad as "The Monkees". Although "The Monkees" was supposed to be a comedy!

The only thing bad about chips was the wrecks-- any car could hit any other car and be catapulted hundreds of feet in the air and cause a 30 car pile up!
And what was wrong with the Monkees? A whole lot better than the 27 forensics shows and 52 reality shows with one British judge we have nowadays!
