In Italy i used to just buy them over the counter with no prescription.you still can now but only a few places.

I respect Paris and Sunshyne for putting their transition pics out there...as a rule I don't like seeing the 'process', but you girls are so cute/sexy that the boy pics really don't linger in my memory.
