thailand is already cheap...so don't try to shop for the best price there..best thing to do is to aquaint yourself with some of the local girls..pay them..buy drinkss...become their friend..they'll show u the girls and who do who...then ..u then from their....question..find out where they are educated..most of them were trained overseas. also..if your new friend go to them first and say she has a friend out of town who want to get it done...they will give u a way better price....
