I still consider myself to be lesbian but I still do like just a hint of maleness in a TGirl, and I'm not just talking about a nice big cock.

Personally I think the most beautiful Tgirls have a certain ambivalence in their look. Traditionally the Brazilians and Thais start hormones very young and have a non-surged look that is very fem but at the same time....different. They're passable.....but just a little androgenous. It makes them very striking. I always liked that look in both GG's and Tgirls. The attraction has very little to do with the cock, for me...It's that transformation thing again.

I am going to say no... There is no such thing as too passable. Being passable changes your life. Society interracts with you much better. I can't even describe it. When people think you're a pretty GG, you get treated like royalty. It's the small things like doors get held open even if you are 10 feet behind the guy holding it, having guys give you extra attention when taking your car into the shop or going to a hardware store, or getting drinks bought for you in any club. There is really no way to describe how much better (in the small ways) attractive women get treated. GG's are born this way and they just get used to it. It becomes an expectation. They never know anything different. This is a huge difference between being perceived as a pretty TS. If people see you as pretty but still clock you, you will still get treated differently. You'll still get the good treatment some of the time, but it isn't consistent. The mix between the good and bad doesn't balance.

I have really good insight into this because I've been an attractive looking TS, and a passable looking TS. I had surgery in 2000 which made me the Vicki Richter you've seen on shemale sites and most movies. I was an attractive shemale, but I don't feel I was truly passable. My nose was still too big, and I had some other features in my jaw/chin area that I wasn't happy with. Last November, I invested another $30k in surgeries and now I really never get clocked and then way society treats me is amazing. For girls thinking about surgery, I say do it. Do it. Do it. Do it. Being a little under 5'7" and having a feminine voice helps also.

To highlight changes, which are/were subtle, but each dramatic in their own way...

Consider a totally straight-line heterosexual guy who would never consider being with a TG, and they're out there. He takes one home, thinking he landed this really gorgeous chick, only to find out she has a chubby bigger than this. In such circumstances, yes it is possible to be too passable. Hence, I'm inclined to reason that the really passable TG's need to be extremely careful when courting hetero's.

I would have to disagree here with you on this Vicki. I know my oppinion probably means ziltch about this but still I felt the need to share my thoughts. I don't personally really consider you a passable tranny. Thats not to say you aren't attractive because you are. You are very sexy looking but passable? Not really. You have come a long way through your various surgeries but I don't think you would be considered a real girl in appearance by many. I really hope this doesn't come off mean or anything because I really don't mean it to be that way. Like I said you are certainly attractive and I'm sure you are treated very nicely by many people because of this but I doubt it's because they are seeing you as a real (attractive ) GG.

Like another person said in another thread beauty and being passible is in the eye of the beholder so maybe some do consider you passable. But as a whole I don't see you as one of the more passable girls. But regardless you are sexy and you should take delight in that

I guess you'd have to meet me in person to understand one way or the other. I just never get clocked... I'm not bragging it's just the way it is. It's not just a going out to clubs at night thing... it's way more. I get hit on during the day by guys with their friends in a Subway. At clubs I might dance with a dozen guys on a given night... That is up front, in your face, dancing... again in front of their friends, etc. I've never had a guy be shy about taking me out in public and holding my hand... All these are huge indicators. The best examples I could give would be when I meet guy's (who don't know) GG friends... and they don't know... How do I know they don't know? Because they aren't telling the guy I'm hanging out with, "ummm that's a transsexual". I do activities constantly that some girls would consider crazy or risky... not because I am crazy or risky, but simply because I can.

I could give hundreds of examples here. Having been admittedly on the other side of the fence and 99% of my work having been done prior to my latest surgeries, I can see how one would get that perception.
