I don't think that there are (at least not in the states), but Miriam Rivera worked as a stripper before she was 18 from her bio and as we all know, she is not what they would usually find. I don't know the nature of the club though, could have been a standard strip club with a special girl (sooooo special, she is perfect in every way!). Yes, they do exist. There is one in Toronto, Goodhandys on Church Street, and at least two in Montreal, Club Cleopatra on St. Laurent(2nd Floor for TVs/TS, Ground Floor is for GG strippers)) and CitiBar on Ontario Street.

There used to be a club in San Francisco that was closer to one than not--can't say for sure as I never visited it, but that's what their advertising implied. This is NOT Diva's nightclub, which is still in operation.
