No I haven't but two frends did in Hawaii - both healthy guys who worked out and they'd read the health benefits. They were amazed at the amount of shit (!?!) literally that came out of them.

I had a coloscopy in june and the prep the day before was this thing call movi prep.... For about 5 hours it was like riding a shit rocket to mars but it totally cleaned me out i lost 5 pounds
