lol...even though I myself am cut I find it strange that not removing a part of naturally occurring skin would be considered ignorant and unclean.....I suppose someone cut that never bathes remains spotless?

I'd say it's ignorant to ignore the way mother nature made us in the first place. Stupid cultures and traditions. If you wash it there's no need to remove it...
