Without going to craigslist (or somewhere else) and paying for it? I don't believe in paying for it (though I did it once just to clear my curiosities). I'm in the DC/MD/VA area and the only thing I can think of is going to a GLBT club/bar but I honestly don't think I would feel comfortable in that type of environment. I'm not gay and I don't feel like getting hit on by men so that's kind of out of the question.

I know there are thousands in the area but I have no idea where to look and yes, I realize that most of them are just like regular women and go to regular places but I can honestly never spot them (though my friends always do) and in a way I think that's a great thing. Honestly I feel weird even asking this since it makes me feel like a creepy chaser which I' assure you I'm totally not.

The rules are pretty simple. You lust go to where the girls go. If that means going to a GLBT bar, then that's where you need to go. It's not like every gay man is going to come over to you and ask you to suck his cock, it just doesn't work that way. There are a lot of str8 people that go to gay bars, so it's not like you will be the only one.

You can also go to TG clubs. Most of the men that go there are prtty much like all of us here. They won't want to fuck you unless you put on a dress.

I don't know. I know that clubs would be the best choice in finding a transsexual woman. You could try to legitimate dating sites that is geared toward finding LTR.
