my iPhone 3G just crapped out this week - I was thinking about getting the iPhone 4 but Apple's quality has really gone in the toilet lately, and does anyone remember when they used to care about their customers?

They've beat Microsoft in every way now - including the "we don't give a damn about you" category

The only problem with the HTC EVO is that it is utterly useless outside of the US and Canada. Zero international functionality. There are no networks which it can connect to. So, you have to buy a new phone when you go to Europe, Asia, Africa, South America. It's just a tiny bit of a problem. People tend to forget to mention those little things, don't they?
