    Default T-Girl Murders

This is a heated topic for me,but it really gets to me when i think how many girls are murder and either the guys/girl gets a light sentence or gets off entirely . There have been far too many girls murdered and lack of media coverage means lack of the public knowledge.Something has to be done about this badly before another girl is murdered,Girls if you go out try not to go out alone and if you do go some where you feel safe! Guys try to help out the girls in you see them in trouble! Some many situations can be prevented if people help each other out!

you are asking for an end to discrimination and hatred. transgender issues are perhaps one of the least understood minorities in north america. some people are still dealing with hatred issues over a persons skin color.... gay and transgender things are a lot harder for those type of people to deal with

However, there are some amazing tgirls that post on this site, and I bet they change the minds of a lot of people they meet. Society is starting to take more notice tho, with more media attention, which can only be a good thing.

I've never heard of gg-girls murdering tgirls.

i have heard stories of ts-escorts getting strangled, mugged
or stabbed after bitter encounters with bad clients.

and even non-escorts being beaten, mugged and worse
    slain .
( primarily because of their appearance and what they
    are underneath their skirts )

ironically , i was very recently having the same kind of thoughts of
tgirls getting protection and justice when watching the movie
" THE BADGE " which stars Billy Bob Thorton and Patricia Arquette
involving the prejudice and investigation of a murdered transexual.

It going to be quite a battle for a long while to make general society
and state legislation continue see the danger and discrimination that
the gay and transgendered continue to face .

Hate crime laws are a start but there is still quite a long bridge
to cross in terms of making sure the enforcement of these laws
    are persistent and consistent .

That was a very good film. A sad story, but a very important one. I'm glad that stars of their caliber thought it was a worthwhile project. Hopefully that will insure that it dosen't get buried too badly. I think that kids in high school should actually be made to watch films like that, the same we watched To Kill a Mockingbird when I was in school.

over the long run, i'm hoping that there will be more and more
movies like the Badge , Priscilla, Soldier Girl and
many more HBO documentaries that connect the transgender
world to general society to allow them to become far less naive
    and prejudice towards transexuals.
