I don't have a problem with constructive criticism and bipolar directors at all LOL I have done some of it myself.

Yeah I am ready for the hard work, tuition is super super super expensive so I hope I can keep attending. That would be the only negative factor.

By definition all directors are bipolar(I will be later today) if you have time see if you can volunteer at a Public access station. It will build up your skills

Oh that is a great idea thank you for that. I am only on my second quarter and the career placement folk said I need at least 4 quarters before they can hook me up with gigs.

It's not as full as the one in LA, of course, but there are always some hidden gems popping up. You do a few small documentaries or music vid gigs while in school, and you have some experience and good stuff for fleshing out your resume when you get out.

I have... most jobs require technical background. Editing jobs require after effects, pro-tools, graphics etc...

As soon as I have a non adult portfolio I will be able to apply with a little more confidence.
