How did the word "trap" came to be?

This is my theory.
So you see this hot chick, she's willing so you make out with her. Only when she got you hot and horny that she reveals her secret. Since she knows she got you hooked, you ended up shrugging and says "what the hell". Instead of being in shock and say "WHAT THE HELL!"
