There is no event or party just for trans and admirers like in London.
You can see few trans girls on Friday night in popular night clubs like Pacha or in Gay clubs like Metro Disco and Arena Madre...

Saturday night I recommend to visit party called Pervert(at Poble Espanol) https://www.facebook.com/matineeclubgay ... name sounds nasty, but it's just normal gay party. However there you can see many beautiful transsexuals after 2am.

Clubs come and go so that the one place I knew of (gay but with guaranteed ts on most nights after midnight), Martin's, on the Passeig dei Gracia closed in 2010 (I only discovered this today). If you meet any of the street hookers near the Nou Camp they will tell you what clubs they go to, I think as in most places most ts go to gay, straight and fusion clubs.

Or you could just cut to the chase and go to the fancy places being laid on for escorts, like the Palacio Dalila -the site link is here, it also has an English language version.

Not really bars or clubs, but I would strongly consider a visit to Dalila Travestis and Lady Julia, both in Barcelona. Always beautiful gals in there
