Not a real ad. There is a local girl here who posts fake ads all the time to kind of warn guys away from seeing other girls who provide.

It is some one else posting the ad to stir shit for the girl. It happens time to time locally too.

By the way, it is a felony to have HIV and have unprotected sex with some one. The person will go to jail for that.
