Craig's List Scam On People That Don't Use Craig's List

Got this amusing piece of drivel in the in-box today. I assume that the problem they are having with my CL account could be rooted in the fact that I don't have a CL account (Nor would I ever want one). The link goes to some bogus page that's probably based in Russia or Benin. The bruised English is also a tell.
