    Going shirtless???
    I was walking Ocean Blvd in South Beach one night last week, just taking in the sights, all the restaurants and bars... Then I see a dude with his shirt off. Then another and another. I said jokingly to myself, "This must be the gay joint". Sure enough it was! I mean you could just tell the difference by the number of shirtless dudes!!! WTF?!! Is it prereq that you have to take your shirt off if your gay??

    Only the fit and hairless gays , the bears and fatties must wear shirts and shoes in all South Beach establishments.

    I believe it's article 9 on the town's regulations ordinance.
