I don't know if we can get more than a guess on this but girls often like what's exotic. In a country comprised of 75% Jews, perhaps the women want to try something different! I imagine that uncircumcised shlongs are even rarer in Israel because all of the Muslims are circumcised there too, and probably a good portion of the Christians even where it's not a religious mandate.

But if I had to guess I'd say just being different always increases a guy's chance. This has been the case every time I've traveled.
