I was working at a gym where Lenda Murray came to visit for a week while she was away from Detroit. She was off-season so she shed a lot of size and smoothed out. She looked real good without all that muscle. She still had a rock hard ass and great sweeps in her thighs but didn't have the jacked up arms. You would have guessed her a Ms Fitness instead of Ms Olympia. She also had great skin and a pretty smile. She was the most well known female bodybuilder at the time but was such a nice lady. No attitude at all.

Lenda is a beautiful woman, no denying that. She lucked out. The steroid and GH use didn't alter her face and pepper it with acne. Because Lenda participated in very few contests (mostly just the Olympias), she could cycle her gear up and down. Also, she didn't have to stay semi-ripped year round, hence could let herself smooth out and somewhat feminize.

You should SEE some of the upper echelon female powerlifters in the higher weight calibers. They're benching up in the 5s now and one of them is almost squatting 8!! If you were standing next to one and they dropped something, no doubt you'd say, "Excuse me sir, you dropped something". Then you'd turn to your friend and say, "Look at the size of that guy. Did you see the shoulders on him!!"
